Common Questions

How is my score calculated?

Your daily score is based on the items you check off. Each completed item contributes to your 0–10 score. The more consistent you are with avoiding drains and earning dopamine, the higher your score.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers. If you delete the app, your data is permanently lost.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → BASELINE → Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I reset my data?

Go to Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently removes all scores, streaks, and history from your device.

How do streaks work?

Your streak counts consecutive days where you logged a score greater than zero. Missing a day resets it.
